Why Outsource?

It’s cheaper in the long run! 

If you’re up to the hilt with business activities because you can’t afford to take on staff, how will you, as one person, manage everything?  Things we dislike, or don’t have time for, or aren’t able to do, worry us.  By outsourcing, that worry is removed.  You’re in complete control of the money you spend on outsourcing, and you’ll find it works economically in your favour.  For instance, if you stress about something you’ve been putting off, and then do it, it’ll likely take you much longer than it would me, because that’s what I’d be focussing on, but you’d be distracted by everything else.  

If you had to reduce your workforce, you’d still need to maintain your business systems! Using agency staff is expensive, not only due to direct costs, but also because of potential inexperience.  Imagine if you ended up doing it yourself anyway, after having paid out?   

What if your business is starting to grow?  Great!  But the admin may be ready to explode and this will definitely get in the way of your progress.  Let me help you through. You pay only for the hours spent on your projects, nothing more, and I have the experience you need to develop new processes that will take you forward.
